The full retail price after the first batch will be $879 USD. Pre-orders will not be refundable until fulfillment in order to secure funding for the tooling and mold production. You may request a refund but will only receive the refund immediately before the order is fulfilled. Please see the Pricing section for more details.
At this time, we are estimating that tooling production will take ~8 weeks. Depending on order volume, the first castings will be available ~2-4 weeks after that. We will begin shipping completed products as soon as possible.

Product description
The Formula Delta Performance Solutions (FDPS) high capacity oil pan for 2022+ Toyota GR86 (ZN8) / Subaru BRZ (ZD8) provides an additional 1.4 L (1.5 US qt) of oil capacity, and includes an integrated, maintenance-free baffle system to reduce the likelihood of oil starvation during competition track usage. It is a drop-in replacement for the factory oil pan and will fit the factory exhaust headers and heat shields. This oil pan is Patent Pending.
The FDPS high capacity oil pan is able to reduce the amount of time under oil starvation using a 30% loss criteria by 99.8% around Canadian Tire Motorsports Park, Grand Prix in factory trim. This oil pan is a great addition for anyone participating in HPDE events at clubs tracks and will help mitigate severe oil starvation around most grand prix tracks.

- Oil pan capacity of 3.7 L (3.9 US qt), an increase of 1.4 L (1.5 US qt), an increase of 61% over the OEM lower pan
- Made of A356-T6 cast aluminum
- Integrated baffle system

- Center drain plug placed directly under the oil pickup tube for RTV inspection and cleaning during oil changes
- Included spacer to reduce the oil pickup tube vertical gap and reduce dead space inside the oil pan
- Two drillable external oil return points located on the front and side, up to 20mm (3/4") threads
- Integrated pry points for easy removal of the oil pan
- Fits factory exhaust headers and heat shield without modification, retains fitment of the factory access cover.

Installation tools and consumables are not included with the oil pan. Please see the installation notes for more details.
Installation Notes
- Requires the following tools to install:
- Required: extended 5mm ball nose hex socket
- Optional: small neodymium magnets
- Optional: borescope
- Required: extended 5mm ball nose hex socket
- The exhaust header must be removed to install the oil pan.
- Apply RTV to the upper oil pan and spread evenly on the mating surface.
- Inspect and clean the mesh strainer in the oil pickup before installing the oil pan.
- We recommend using aluminum crush or sealing washers only with the drain bolts.
- The baffles system is not designed to be disassembled without proper service. Disassembly without proper service will limit our ability to provide warranty support.
Application Notes
- An oil overfill of +0.7 L (0.7 US qt) is recommended to minimize the occurrence of oil starvation to protect the engine during competition use. Note that overfill can increase oil consumption. Oil levels should be checked frequently to avoid potential issues.
- Additional aftermarket baffling not supported with this product.
- Vehicles with high levels of modification whose primary purpose is for competition track use should consider additional oil starvation mitigation strategies in addition to the high capacity oil pan.
- For competition track use, it is recommended to use a higher weight oil above the USDM service manual recommendation of 0w-20.
- The high capacity oil pan mitigates oil starvation and oil pressure loss; however, it is not guaranteed to prevent all oil starvation completely, such as in continuous right hand turn operation.
