Return, Refund & Warranty Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Products must be returned unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in original packaging with all included components and documentation.
- “Unused” means: no tool marks, no thread damage, no fluid residue, and no visible wear or tear.
- Return requests must be pre-approved. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.
To request a return, use the contact form on our website and provide:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos showing the item’s current condition
We reserve the right to deny returns at our sole discretion if the item is not in original, resalable condition or if it does not meet the criteria above.
Processing Time
Returns and refunds may take up to 28 days to process after we receive the item.
Pre-Orders
All pre-orders are non-refundable until fulfillment. If a customer no longer wishes to receive the item, they may notify us before fulfillment, and we will cancel the fulfillment. However, we will only process the refund at the time we would have fulfilled the order, not upon cancellation notice.
Fitment, Compatibility, and Application
Products are designed for specific vehicle platforms and configurations. It is the customer's responsibility to:
- Read all technical notes, product documentation, and compatibility information
- Contact us before purchasing if there is any uncertainty about fitment or application
We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect assumptions about compatibility or use. Returns or warranty claims may be denied in cases of:
- Installation on unsupported vehicles or configurations
- Modifications to the vehicle or product
- Misuse, abuse, or failure to follow instructions
Warranty Policy — 180-Day Limited Warranty
We provide a 180-day limited warranty from the date of confirmed delivery (or date of purchase if delivery cannot be verified). This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship only.
The warranty is void if:
- The product is installed improperly
- Installation instructions are not followed
- The product has been modified or altered
- The product shows signs of abuse, negligence, or unauthorized use
This warranty does not cover:
- Any damage to the engine, drivetrain, electronics, or other components
- Labour, removal, installation, diagnostic, or downtime costs
- Use in racing, motorsport, or off-road environments
To submit a warranty claim, contact us through our website with:
- Proof of purchase
- Description of the problem
- Photos or video of the issue
- Proof of proper installation, such as a professional invoice or installation process documentation
We reserve the right to request additional information and deny claims that lack sufficient evidence.
If the claim is denied, the customer may request the item to be returned, provided they pay for shipping within 14 days of notification. Otherwise, we will dispose of or recycle the product.
If approved, we will repair or replace the defective item at our discretion.
Warranty Scope & Limitations
All products are sold for off-road or motorsport use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and vehicle requirements.
We assume no liability for:
- Engine failures, driveline damage, or tuning-related issues
- Injuries, property damage, or financial loss during use on track, in motorsport, or in any performance setting
- Any damages resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use our products
- Conflicts or incompatibility with any third-party warranties, insurance policies, service contracts, or vehicle manufacturer warranties
We make no expressed or implied guarantee that the installation or use of our products will be accepted by dealerships, insurance providers, extended warranty administrators, or any other third-party service provider. Use of aftermarket parts is always at your own discretion and risk.
Ownership and Transferability
Warranty coverage is non-transferable. It applies only to the original purchaser who bought the product directly from us through our official store. Any products resold, transferred, or purchased second-hand are not covered under this policy.
Chargebacks and Dispute Policy
Customers must attempt to resolve any issues through us first via the contact form on our website. Initiating a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue in good faith is considered a breach of our terms.
We reserve the right to refuse future sales to any customer who initiates a chargeback in bad faith, misuses the return/warranty process, or engages in abusive behaviour.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only after returned items are received, inspected, and approved. All refunds are:
- Credited to the original payment method
- Subject to a 20% restocking fee
- Exclusive of original shipping costs
Refunds may take up to 28 days from receipt and approval of the item.
EU Customers – 14-Day Withdrawal Right
Customers located in the European Union have the right to cancel and return eligible products within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
