Shipping policy
Order Fulfillment
We operate on a part-time fulfillment basis. Orders are generally fulfilled within 28 calendar days, but this is not guaranteed. By purchasing, you acknowledge that fulfillment may be delayed beyond this window depending on volume, inventory, or other operational constraints.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship using ClickShip, which selects from major carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and others. The chosen method is based on destination, order weight/size, value, and risk factors, at our sole discretion.
Tracking will be provided when available.
Shipping Insurance & Delivery Signature
All shipments are insured by default when supported by the selected carrier and shipping method. Additionally, we require a signature on delivery to help protect against loss, or misdelivery.
If you prefer to waive the signature requirement, you must provide explicit instructions at the time of order. By waiving the signature, you accept full responsibility for the package once the carrier marks it as delivered.
We do not file claims or issue compensation for:
- Uninsured shipments
- Shipments where the signature requirement was waived
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported lost or stolen
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide. However, we reserve the right to reject or cancel orders to high-risk regions, countries with strict import laws, or areas where reliable service is not available.
Import Duties, Taxes, and Fees
International customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, brokerage, or import fees levied by their local governments. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost.
We do not under-declare values or mislabel shipments.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier confirms delivery. We are not liable for:
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery
- Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier backlog
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer
- Refusal to pay customs/import fees
Refused, Undeliverable, or Returned Packages
If your shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept, or failure to pay import duties, we will hold it for 14 days.
- Re-shipment is at your expense
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded
- If we do not hear from you, the product may be restocked or discarded at our discretion
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are non-refundable until fulfillment. If you change your mind after placing a pre-order, you may notify us before we fulfill it. Refunds will only be processed when we are ready to fulfill, not at the time of cancellation request.
Pre-orders are subject to supplier lead times, batch runs, and other logistical variables. No delivery estimate is guaranteed.
